Naming Ceremony
Choosing a name for a child is an important part of the birthing process. Having a ceremony to mark this occasion can be a celebration of the new life and a welcome, recognition of parenthood and a time of sharing and strengthening of friendships.
When children are adopted, fostered, or become part of a step family a naming ceremony is a wonderful way of welcoming them into their new or extended family.
